A good general flexibility class that will benefit everyone, from a current aerialist looking to get a split to someone looking to be more comfortable with their body. We will work with various stretching techniques to further flexibility with a strong emphasis on active flexibility control and core strength. Classes will focus on active and passive flexibility, balancing both to create a strong contortion practice for the future. This class will work through a specific curriculum that is geared toward the strength, flexibility and specific requirements for Flex and Contortion 201.
